As per our general terms and conditions, not all orders can be returned. Orders can be returned, and will be refunded, if they meet the following conditions:
- The product has been damaged in transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The customer has received an incorrect product.
- The product has not been used.
- The product is returned within 30 days.
To help us help you as best we can, please email us as soon as possible after you are aware of the problem. If the product is damaged, please also attach a photo showing the damage.
Within one working day, one of our customer service staff will get in touch with you to arrange the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure that it is properly protected. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the returned goods via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
